Geoff Linton is an executive with over 30 years of applied marketing and business experience. A business engineer, he integrates technology and digital strategies to help companies grow. In 1993, he founded Linton Consulting Inc. (LCI), and for 30 years, his specialty has been building marketing and sales programs.

 

Geoff works with executives to improve their Go-to-Market strategies and digital adoption. He is also a successful entrepreneur who sold his digital tech agency (Inbox Marketer Inc) to a private equity firm in 2019. During his tenure as Founder and CEO of Inbox Marketer, he was intimately involved in all aspects of scaling a business across North America. He was previously the Director of Client Services for the Loyalty Group/Air Miles, which was sold privately in 1998.

 

Upon moving to Guelph in 1998, he became a College Professor of Marketing at Conestoga College and pursued his entrepreneurial dreams. Owning the Connect Tech Hub in downtown Guelph, which houses a cross-section of scaleups he coaches, is part of this. In addition, Geoff owns Tekside.io, a systems integrator with 13 employees.

 

Geoff holds a P.Eng. and an MBA from Queen’s University in Canada. In addition to his involvement in the Canadian Marketing Association, he is the Co-Chair of the MarTech Council for the organization.
