About the Building
"Where History Meets Modern Office Space"

Connect Digital is a privately-owned innovation hub with offices on 2 Wyndham Street North, in downtown Guelph.

This historic downtown building, formerly King Edward Hotel, has been restored and offers office users a high quality, turn-key office buildout that includes full kitchens on each floor, glass offices and meeting space, and LED lighting.

We bring the power of the best minds in digital marketing and technology to solve business challenges and build solutions to accelerate growth for medium sized companies in Canada.

We have transformed the historic 19th century King Edward Hotel landmark building into a collaborative workspace at the corner of Wyndham and Carden St in downtown Guelph.

Our 3,000 square feet of collaboration space in Guelph is located in a renovated 1860’s hotel across from the train station.  Connect is also considering adding an entire floor with an additional 5,000 sq ft of space.

Through our extensive network of member companies along the Toronto-Waterloo Innovation Corridor, Connect Digital works with clients on their journey to identify, build and deploy innovation opportunities within their digital marketing ecosystem that will become a catalyst for growth. Our focus is to help companies scale.

Our Mission: Connect Digital attracts the brightest innovative and digital marketing minds in Canada to solve marketing industry pain points that drive economic growth. We are more than just a landlord, we are inspired and dedicated to helping companies grow.

Our clients, medium sized companies, face a digital revolution that has fundamentally changed the way marketing is done. They are in the process of reorganizing and retooling to respond to the massive disruption that is happening and they understand that data-driven digital marketing is a key enabler and growth engine for their businesses.

They have access to more data than ever before and obtaining, organizing and utilizing this data will be a key effort of most marketing functions within these organizations. In addition, these companies understand the need to be omni-channel - but for the most part, they lack the breadth and depth of experience that they need to drive transformational growth.
