This historic downtown building, formerly King Edward Hotel, has been restored and offers office users a high quality, turn-key office buildout that includes full kitchens on each floor, glass offices and meeting space, and LED lighting.

The 4th Floor offers dedicated offices, amenities, and flex space for meetings and events. The 3rd floor has with collaboration spaces with floor to ceiling whiteboards plus several larger boardrooms/meeting spaces.
The 2nd floor is part Co-sharing space, with a kitchen and patio. A major part of the floor are boardrooms for meetings or training.
