Private Offices
Looking for a place for your professional team to meet and grow in a stunning atmosphere? The Connect Private Offices offer flexible terms on a secure workspace with terrific amenities. A perfect way to balance privacy with community, so your team can do your best work while learning alongside similar professionals.
On our 4th floor we have a 3 person (#1), 8 person (#3) and a 4 person (#5) offices currently available. All offices come with sit/stand desks plus storage stools, ergonomic chairs, whiteboards, and natural light. If you need more space we have a 3rd floor with lots of innovation areas.
Offices are perfect for small and medium-sized organizations (teams of 3-15 persons) looking to downsize, or growing companies needing flexible space. Some of our tenants work under a hybrid model or have certain members in the office on different days... so they they can rotate within their assigned spaces.
Meeting rooms are available for collaborating, generating, and inspiring, or if you need to have a private conversation. A shared kitchenette is also available with coffee, small appliances, and more.
Private offices are available on a quarterly or yearly basis. Starting at $1350per month (which includes 2 desks). All Inclusive, no hidden fees. Parking is included.



Dedicated Desks
Are you a remote worker who is getting tired of their home office and wants space that is more productive and separate from your home? Or are you a businesse woner who needs overflow space to meet with your staff once in a while? Our CONNECT Hub has 14 single desks on the 4th floor plus more on the 3rd floor.
Find the right balance and get a place that is yours. Our "dedicated package" includes anytime access to a premium desk and chair environment plus a lockable filing cabinet. Access to all amenities includes private meeting and call rooms, kitchen, Hi-speed wi-fi andget you a professional business address, mail, exclusive access to business consulting, colour printing, plus meeting rooms.
Dedicated Desk: $650 per month with a parking pass, $500 parking not included.
