If what you need is your own dedicated workspace to sit down at, and get to work then a dedicated desk might be for you.

Our premium sit/stand arrangements provide a place that is yours for you to work at and grow your business. Flexible terms and space allow your business to thrive in a growth-oriented environment.

Our desks include anytime access to a premium desk and chair environment and a lockable filing cabinet. Access to all amenities includes private meeting and call rooms, kitchen, Hi-speed wi-fi and colour printer and photocopier. Perks included with a designated desk include a professional business address, mail, exclusive access to business consulting, colour printing, and access to meeting rooms.

Dedicated Desk: $650 per month with a parking pass, $500 parking not included.

All Inclusive, no hidden fees.


Our hotdesks are open to those who need a dependable workstation to sit down at a few times per week but aren’t looking to invest in storage space or a dedicated desk they can call their own.

Hotdesks include anytime access to a premium desk and chair environment, with access to all amenities like private meeting and call rooms, kitchen, Hi-speed wi-fi, colour printer and photocopier, and more.

$450 per month with a parking pass, $300 parking not included.

All Inclusive, no hidden fees.

Private Offices

Looking for a place for your professional team to meet and grow in a stunning atmosphere? The Connect Private Offices offer flexible terms on a secure workspace with terrific amenities. It's important for you to balance privacy with community, so your team can do your best work while learning alongside similar professionals.

Our 10 private offices range from 2 to 8 sit/stand desks and come fully equipped with desks, ergonomic chairs, whiteboards, and natural light. They are perfect for small and medium-sized organizations (teams of 3-15 persons) looking to downsize, or growing companies needing flexible space. A private office is for teams who work under a hybrid model or have certain members in the office on different days. When you need to step away, our meeting rooms are open for collaborating, generating, and inspiring, or if you need to have a private conversation. A shared kitchenette is also available with coffee, small appliances, and more. Parking is included.

Private offices are available on a quarterly or yearly basis. Starting at $1300 per month (which includes 2 desks).  All Inclusive, no hidden fees.
