"designated desks" is a plug & play option that gives you a fixed spot that is yours.
Setup multiple monitors and you are ready to start.
The second floor also has a few offices already configured. If companies want more space, you can rent an industry cluster of desks. For longer term arrangements we are willing to build office walls
