#B4-#B6 "small" office with one desk (2nd floor)@$900/month

"designated desks" is another plug & play option that gives you a fixed spot that is yours.
Setup multiple monitors and you are ready to start.
The second floor also has a three medium sized offices ($1200-$1500/each) plus 3 smaller private offices ($900/each). If your company wants more space or collaborate with likeminded professionals, you can rent an cluster of desks in one of the industry zones. (Agri-tech, AI, programmers & developers).
